At MicroSaaSLink, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
- You must not have used any of our analysis tools or services.
- Once you have generated any micro-SaaS ideas or used our platform's analysis features, you become ineligible for a refund.
Important: Refund eligibility is strictly limited to customers who have not utilized our core services. This policy ensures that users cannot consume our valuable insights and then request their money back.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Clearly state the reason for your refund request in your email.
- Include the email address associated with your MicroSaaSLink account.
Once we receive your request:
- We will review your account activity to verify eligibility.
- We will respond to your request within seven (7) days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
3. Refund Restrictions
Please be aware of the following restrictions to our refund policy:
- You can only request one refund per month.
- If you have previously received a refund, you cannot request a second consecutive refund.
- We do not offer partial refunds for yearly subscriptions canceled midway through the year.
- Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be approved.
Note: These restrictions are in place to prevent abuse of our refund system and to maintain the quality of our service for all users.
4. Free Trial Conversion
If you cancel your subscription during your initial 14-day free trial period:
- You will automatically be returned to trial status for the remainder of your trial period.
- You will maintain access to free trial features until the trial period expires.
- No payment will be required during this time.
After your free trial expires, you will need to subscribe to continue using MicroSaaSLink.
